Women's Month Cocktails with Mijenta Tequila Make a Reservation

In honor of International Women’s Month, select female bartenders have carefully crafted cocktails exclusively available throughout March at each of our venues. 

AVIV: sip the First Class Femme — designed by AVIV bartender Alba Cruz. This cocktail is a refined, feminine interpretation of the classic Paper Plane, featuring Mijenta Reposado layered with mahia fig liqueur, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of agave.

Drift: indluge in the Forever Young — created by bartender Young as a sparkling twist on the classic Clover Club. Featuring Mijenta Blanco shaken with raspberry, lychee, lemon, and a hint of saline, then topped with Ca’ Furlan Rosé, it’s bright, refined, and effortlessly celebratory.

Watr: enjoy She’s in Bloom — created by bartender Vivian as a tribute to growth and renewal. Mijenta Blanco is shaken with coconut water, lime, passionfruit, agave, and a touch of salt for a bright, tropical balance. Finished with a dehydrated pineapple and cherry, it’s a refreshing reminder that everything blooms in its own time.

Tala Beach: discover The Cheshire — created by bartender Lauren Quest as a tribute to vibrant, unapologetically powerful women. Mijenta Blanco meets grapefruit, Italicus, lemon, and ginger for a bright, structured base, finished with serrano bitters and a cloud of ube strawberry foam. Bold yet delicate, electric yet refined, it’s a cocktail that celebrates modern femininity in every sip.
