This dynamic and fluid yoga practice synchronizes movement with breath, creating a meditative flow that challenges both strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages participants to find their flow, embrace mindfulness, and experience a sense of moving meditation.

Mondays | 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

Wednesdays | 9am - 10am
