Feminine Frequency, led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, is an intimate women’s circle designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and the quiet power that lives within you. This experience intentionally weaves together cacao, Reiki, and sound each element chosen for its ability to support the feminine body, heart, and nervous system.
- Cacao is used as a heart-opening ritual, gently guiding us into presence and emotional clarity. It invites softness without fragility helping us feel more connected to ourselves and to one another.
- Reiki supports energetic alignment and release, creating space for what has felt heavy to soften and shift. In a group setting, it amplifies collective healing and reminds us of the strength that comes from shared intention.
- Sound anchors the experience, using vibration to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen integration. It allows insight to settle into the body rather than remain only in thought.
