In honor of World Mental Health Day, join Sabrina of Kanekshun for a restorative morning sound bath on the beach at 1 Hotel South Beach. With the ocean as our backdrop, we will create space to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with ourselves through meditation, breath, and the healing vibrations of sound.
