This Halloween, Watr transforms into Spirits Above the City, where ancient legends meet Miami's skyline. Inspired by yōkai, the supernatural spirits of Japanese folklore, the rooftop is reimagined with immersive design, captivating performances, and unexpected moments that blur the line between myth and reality.

As the sun sets, enjoy DJ sets by Cardi, handcrafted cocktails, and Japanese-inspired cuisine.
