We begin with a guided tea ritual, using warmth, breath, and presence to awaken the body and steady the mind. Through intention-setting and reflection, we will clarify where your energy is ready to move and what it’s time to leave behind.

From this grounded space, we transition into an immersive sound journey led by Sabrina, with a special live handpan collaboration by Yoni Marcos, whose rhythmic, melodic tones amplify momentum, focus, and embodied flow. The soundscape is designed to help integrate your intentions on a cellular level, encouraging trust, movement, and confident forward motion.
