In honor of World Mental Health Day, please join us as we gather to promote wellness with a community meditation & sound experience led by Kanekshun. World Mental Health Day first started in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health and has since grown to include members from over 150 countries around the globe. Every year on October 10th, health partners use the opportunity to raise awareness about mental illness and advocate for better resources & social acceptance.
