Reset, restore, and reconnect with nature this Earth Month at 1 Hotel South Beach. Rooted in mindful movement and conscious living, join ALO Wellness Club instructors Kira Mae Kazuko + Harper Botorwicz for a grounding two-hour experience designed to bring you back into alignment — with yourself and the natural world around you.

​We’ll begin with an intention-led movement class to awaken the body, build strength, and create space through breath and flow. Expect fluid sequences, grounding postures, and moments of stillness inspired by the elements — inviting balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to the present.

​Following movement, transition into a guided self-care and breathwork ritual centered on restoration and renewal. Surrounded by fresh air and natural rhythms, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, reconnect inward, and set meaningful intentions.

​Upon arrival at Tala Beach, please head down the path to the canopy lounge for check in.
