Full Moon Primal Flow

This Full Moon full-body workout is designed to challenge the mobility, strength & endurance of any fitness level. Each class is structured to start with components of strength training (dumbbells & kettlebells) followed by a variety of bodyweight exercises. These unique bodyweight movements (mostly ground-based) are then blended together to create a longer ‘flow series’.
