His ventures, SanBrite, Brite de Larieto, and Piccolo Brite, bring together technique, tradition, and sustainability to tell the story of the Dolomites on every plate. Alongside him, Ludovica Rubbini serves as the strategic and organizational heartbeat of these ventures.
