Yes we do.  Buffet and a la carte options are offered from 7am to 11am at 1 Kitchen. The buffet is $47 and includes house drip coffee and juice. We also offer In Room Dining 24 hours daily that may be ordered by phone or app.

Yes, we have water-efficient faucets, toilets and showers in all of our guest rooms. 

Absolutely. We change over the linens in guest rooms every third day, or when requested. As a best practice, we do not change towels that are hanging up. 


Yes, we do! Some of our food waste will go to local farmers for pig feed. Food waste and compostable food ware will all go to Heart & Soul Organics to be processed back into soil amendments, which we can use in our rooftop garden and landscaping. Donatable food will go to a local food pantry to give to those in need.

No, we do not. We use refillable soap and toiletries, which we believe to be a more sustainable practice than single-use bath products.

We are located at the end of Ka Haku Road. 

There are limited transportation options available on Kauaʻi.  Most visitors rent a car for the duration of their stay. Taxis and private car transportation services are available and require advance reservations. Should you need assistance booking your transportation, please contact our guest experience team. Uber is available but very limited on the island. We highly recommend renting a car while visiting Kaua’i. You can find more information on how to get around the island here.

Yes. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. We just require that a credit card authorization form be filled out prior to check-out, or the card be physically presented with an ID. 

Our standard deposit policy requires a 2-night non-refundable deposit at 14 days prior to arrival. Our “Pay Now” rates required a full advance deposit of the entire stay including taxes that is non-refundable and non-changeable. 

Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival, except for Pay Now rates which are non-cancellable.

A daily $55 resort fee per room, exclusive of tax, is applied at the time of check-in. This fee is separate from your room rate and offers unique amenities including our lobby farmstand with fresh seasonal fruit, bicycle rentals, Audi Experience: e-tron drive program, pet beds for our four-legged guests, reef-safe sunscreen, preferred tee times and discounts at Princeville Makai Golf Club and daily happenings such as fitness and wellness experiences, outdoor pursuits, Hawaiian cultural classes, and taste series.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12pm.

Book an early flight? We’ll do our best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to check in. To guarantee an early check-in, a fee is required that varies depending on how early. If you arrive early and we have availability, we will check you in at no additional cost.

Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is a late departure fee of half your nightly rate to stay in the room until 5pm. Any later than 5pm requires the purchase of an additional night.

After the bill has been settled during checkout, it will take 5-10 business days to see the amount reflected back into your account for any unused amount.
