Hotel Policies
For reservations made at least 72 hours before check-in time, you may may cancel within 24 hours of booking without penalty. Otherwise, the policies below apply.
Pay Now rates are non-refundable and fully pre-paid and non-transferrable. You will not receive a refund on these rates, even with two days’ notice or more of cancellation. However,
Pay Later rates require a one-night deposit for specialty suites and specialty units. For any cancellations on Pay Later rates for standard guestrooms, notice by 12pm two days before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax. Three days’ notice is required for suites including Studio Suite, Loft Suite, One Bedroom Suite, and Panoramic One Bedroom Suite. Seven days’ notice is required for specialty accommodations, including Connecting/Neighboring Rooms, Hills House Suite, and Canyon House Suite. If you simply don't show up, we’ll charge one night's stay plus tax to the credit card on file.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Credit Cards must be presented upon check in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $150 per night on your credit card. Cash payment is not accepted.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm. Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
Standard City of West Hollywood taxes and tourism assessments are applied to all reservations.
A daily $49 amenity fee per room, exclusive of tax, is applied at the time of check-in. This fee is separate from your room rate and offers unique amenities including:
- Audi e-tron house car services (first-come, first-serve)
- Includes 3-mile radius drop-offs only and 4-hour test drive program
- In-Room Nespresso machine + coffee and tea
- In-Room yoga mats and foam roller
- Poolside sunscreen, aloe vera and towel service
- Mind and Movement fitness programming by Alo Wellness Club
- Local wellness perks and partner savings (i.e. 20% FACEGYM)
- Complimentary admission to monthly nature inspired activations and workshops
- Access to seasonal signature events + happenings (select experiences, subject to availability)
- Lobby Farmstand with fresh seasonal fruit + house-made treats
- Four-legged friends stay free when traveling with their guardians
Your pet is welcome here! Just add them to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know they'll be joining you. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules.
Valet service is offered for all vehicles at $75 per day for hotel guests, with in-and-out privileges.
1 Hotel West Hollywood is a smoke-free property. Smoking in guestrooms or suites will incur a fee of $750 per guestroom or $1,000 per suite. Additional deep cleaning may incur a $500 cleaning fee.
