1 Kitchen Toronto serves up fresh, local, and sustainably sourced farm-to-table cuisine. The restaurant is a zero-waste operation, which spotlights the team’s commitment to preserving the beauty and bounty of nature. And then there’s the bar, where cold-pressed juices form the base of cocktails. The wine list highlights unique and iconic selections – many biodynamic or organic – you’ll also find handcrafted cocktails and Bluestone Lane coffee.

Light-filled and open, 1 Kitchen Toronto has a built-in feeling updated for today, in a glass-walled conservatory-like space with a vaulted wood ceiling and curved trusses hung with greenery. It’s a place that’s comfortable by nature, where you can eat mindfully and eat well, and savour the flavours that come straight from the Garden Pavilion.

Chef Roland Torok-Ducharme joins 1 Kitchen Toronto as the newly appointed Chef de Cuisine. Possessing an inherent love for creating simply beautiful dishes with the freshest ingredients, Chef Torok-Ducharme will lead the 1 Kitchen brigade focusing on spotlighting local and seasonal products and flavours to further support 1 Hotel Toronto’s sustainable ethos.

Join Chef Roland Ducharme of 1 Kitchen and Chef Matt Ravenscroft of Gia Restaurant for an exclusive collaboration dinner that will be a feast for the senses. Enjoy a five-course vegan tasting menu for $85 per person, or explore the Omnivore add-on for + $25. 

Two seatings at 6 pm and 8:30 pm for reservations.  We will start the culinary journey at 6:30 and 9:00 pm to allow all participating guests to arrive and be seated.

Weekend Brunch

Cheers to the weekend with us at 1 Kitchen Toronto. Join us for our bountiful weekend brunch, available Saturday and Sunday from 7am until 4pm. Enjoy market-driven brunch classics and a special menu of brunch cocktails, all with a farm-to-table touch.

Starting April 1, 2022, we will be celebrating the weekend early by serving our brunch menu + Caesar flights on the first Friday of every month.
