Bounce with Playground

Feel-good fitness with serious benefits.  This high-energy, low-impact class boosts strength, stability and mood - while gently stimulating the lymphatic system to help detox and energize from the inside out.  Set to vibrant dance music with a live DJ, the session flows into an after party experience featuring cool, infused Shibori towels for post-class recovery and refreshment. ($75pp)
