Give thanks, give back, and get moving! Join us for Full Body Blast, a high-energy workout led by Training Mate and their Senior Coach, Dan Staglianò. Sweat with purpose and gather together for this 45 minute body weight focused class. As part of our community gathering we encourage contributing canned goods to support the LA Food Bank and make a difference for families across Los Angeles. Stay behind after class for post-workout refreshments.
