Louis Chandler
Born and raised in London, Louis Chandler is a former professional athlete and certified personal trainer who now brings his energy and expertise to Los Angeles as the Head Trainer at Alo Wellness Club.
Louis is a firm believer in not only the physical benefits of training but also the mental, with a motto that exercise should be enjoyed rather than endured. His experience with recovery techniques such as cryotherapy, cold plunge, and stretching allows his clients to create a sustainable routine that helps them feel strong and balanced.

Olivia Poling
Olivia Poling is an LA-based certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, Olivia was devoted to musical theatre and dance. She was a ballerina for 15 years and had the goal of being on Broadway. After high school, she began questioning her path and realized that she wanted something different than the path she initially envisioned. She decided to take a break, got her training license on a whim, and devoted herself even more to her physical fitness.

Tawny Janae
Tawny Janae is a traveling yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and model who is passionate about movement and plant-based organic living. She began practicing yoga at age 17 and has been hooked ever since. With almost a decade of teaching experience, 400 hours of certification, and a focus on kinesiology in college, Tawny is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her classes and encouraging people to have fun through movement. Her light and energizing teaching style will leave you feeling taller, stronger, and brighter after each class.

Avery Whitmore
Avery Whitmore is an LA-based healing artist who is deeply committed to the transformative powers of personal healing through the creative process. Through breath, sound, reiki, applied kinesiology, and bodywork, Avery’s unique approach allows him to facilitate healing to all walks of life.
Born and raised in Ohio to body and energy workers, Avery was exposed to various forms of healing at a young age. It has been his own experience, transformation, and breakthroughs from this work that has inspired him to learn and share these sacred modalities with others.
