Flow Into March

Welcome the month of March with a Primal Flow practice that will allow you to strengthen your body’s natural mobility through explorative exercises. The intentional routine will teach you habits to improve your range of motion, stability, coordination, and posture for the year  to come.

Please meet the instructor in the lobby at 9:45 am, to check-in. Once checked in, please go to Chestnut where the wellness class will commence.
