​​​Join us for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness and recovery, led by ALO Wellness Club instructors Jade Smith and Nicole Rutsch.

​Get ready for the ultimate Self-Care Sunday featuring an invigorating workout session for full body wellness followed by a healing sound bath and Wellness Lounge with Trove Wellbeing.

​1:00PM-2:30PM: Strength Class and Sound Healing Session
2:30AM-3:30PM: ALO Wellness Lounge in partnership with Trove Wellbeing
