1 Beach Body
Reconnect with your body through a balanced blend of cardio and strength. Begin with dynamic stretching to warm up, followed by light cardio to elevate the heart rate. Flow into a full-body strength circuit featuring functional movements that build stability and endurance, and finish with a mindful stretch and cool down. Open to all levels. ($50pp)
Meet at the Anatomy desk (8th floor) 5 minutes prior to class time.
Beachside location is weather permitting.
