Face Pilates™ (75 min, $249 CAD) is a premium RMT-led “workout” for the face, targeting all 43 facial muscles and supporting tissue through 8 strategic steps including lymphatic drainage (cupping & gua sha), buccal (in-mouth) massage, microcurrent sculpting and contrast LED + ice-globe therapy. It lifts, drains and sculpts with impressive precision.

Face Pilates™ H₂O (90 min, $299 CAD) extends the foundational treatment with deeper hydration, enhanced soothing massage and skin-renewal technology—ideal if your skin feels parched or you’re seeking a full-reset experience.

The Buccal™ (30 min, $129 CAD) offers focused relief in a compact window: combining the sculpting strategy of Face Pilates™ with the targeted impact of buccal massage to release jaw-&-mouth muscle tension—perfect for TMJ discomfort or when your schedule is tight but your goals are major.

Face Release™ (45 min, $200 CAD) aims to reset the face and jaw with a restorative blend of lymphatic drainage and gentle facial & buccal techniques designed to melt away tightness and restore circulation and flow.
