Pay Now rates are fully pre-paid and nonrefundable. You will not receive a refund on these rates, even with two days’ notice or more of cancellation.

Pay Later rates require a one-night deposit for specialty suites and specialty accommodations. For any cancellations on Pay Later rates for standard guestrooms, notice by 4pm 72 hours before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax. Three days’ notice is required for suites. Seven days’ notice is required for specialty accommodations, including Connecting Rooms, Terrace House Suite, and Arbor House Suite. If you simply don't show up, we’ll charge one night's stay plus tax to the credit card on file. Exceptions may apply - please see rate rules.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. You must be age 21 or older to check in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $150 per night on your credit card. Cash payment is not accepted.

EARLY ARRIVAL / LATE DEPARTURE

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you— just let us know in advance. Your pet is welcome here! Just add them to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know they'll be joining you. If your room gets dirty, a $150 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules.
