Mission Mixology Experience at Harriet's

Exclusively for our Mission Members, indulge in a private mixology class at Harriet’s. Choose between our Spritz Series—featuring the elegant Sustainable Spritz and Hugo Spritz—or our Cold Weather Series, including the warm and inviting Cinn-ful Old Fashioned and Cold Nights.

Available from 6pm to 7pm, experience the sustainable ethos of 1 Hotel as Beverage Director, Harrison Deakin, demonstrates innovative techniques that elevate each cocktail. Guests will savor thoughtfully crafted flavors and explore the artistry of zero-waste ingredients. The evening concludes with a Q&A, providing an intimate look at luxury sustainable mixology.

Classes must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and is based on availability. Pricing is $25 per person.
