Join us for the annual Climate Week Cook-Off in partnership with Urban Green Lab! This zero-waste culinary competition highlights food waste reduction and sustainable practices. The event features local chefs competing to create the ultimate zero-waste dish incorporating a secret ingredient. Guests will sample each featured dish before voting on their favorite.
The evening will culminate in a short program recognizing climate champions with the Sustainable Nashville Awards, before announcing the winning chef(s) with people’s choice and judges’ panel awards!
