Join ALO HQ instructor Austin Hollingshead for a strong, dynamic yoga flow that will help you cultivate body awareness, better alignment, and give you a deeper understanding of your yoga practice.
This classically inspired vinyasa flow will take you through a sequence of classical postures and movements. An all levels flow that uses our body to unlock the mind. If you can barely touch your toes or you walked to class or your hands, all are welcome to come play and relax. You will build heat with sun salutations, stretch and open all parts of your body, challenge yourself with playful arm balances and inversions, and end the class with a well earned savasana.
