1 Hotel Nashville’s Culinary Director, Chris Crary, became passionate about food at a young age, following time spent with his Tennessean grandmother who had an affinity for Southern comfort food and cooking.

Chef Chris focuses on creating menus that are collaborative and creative, reflecting a sustainably-driven cuisine that holds ingredients to the highest standard to create simple, healthy dishes that celebrate Nashville’s flavor and heritage.
