To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, BON CHARGE brings a morning of restoration to 1 Hotel Mayfair, a considered blend of movement, mental resilience, and recovery.

Begin with a red light therapy Pilates session led by Lammy, designed to reconnect you with your body through mindful, strength-led movement. After a light breakfast, transition into a mental resilience session with neuroscientist Anne-Sophie Flury, offering practical tools to regulate the nervous system and build lasting balance.
