As the seasons turn, so does our menu. Chef Tom Anglesea and the team celebrate autumn’s harvest with dishes that highlight the depth and richness of British produce, from hand-dived Orkney scallops with pepper, black bean and chilli, to roast Sladesdown duck with winter fruits and a silken duck sauce.
