Barre Series is a low-impact, high-energy workout that blends ballet, Pilates, and cardio for muscle-sculpting, sweat-inducing results. While inspired by dance, it's grounded in Pilates, with optional cardio elements. The classes are suitable for both prenatal and postnatal participants, with modifications provided as needed.
