Field House Fitness Center

There's nothing better than a sweat before you start your day! 

This class is a total body aerobic and strength workout. Interval-based
the class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio
bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear 
you're mind before you start your busy day!

The Field House Fitness Center is located on the 2nd Floor.
