Slow down, reconnect, and expand your energy through a guided breath meditation and immersive sound journey. Begin by setting an intention and using gentle breath and visualization to cultivate awareness of your energetic field. As the sound bath unfolds, Veronica will incorporate crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to encourage deep relaxation. With permission, she may also offer light Reiki or tuning fork vibrations throughout the experience to further support grounding and energetic balance.

Experience an aura photo by Inner Light Aura captured with a vintage analog film camera, revealing the colors of your energy in a vibrant, one-of-a-kind Polaroid. You will receive your personalized aura photo and will be guided through a mini-workshop to learn how to decode your unique energy.

In exclusive partnership with HigherDOSE, the room will be illuminated with full-body red light therapy panels, surrounding you in a warm, energizing glow throughout the practice. As you flow, the red light works to support circulation, reduce inflammation, boost collagen production, and accelerate muscle recovery—enhancing both the immediate and long-term benefits of your practice.
