Join us for an intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event. The seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters, prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with wine or a signature cocktail.

Throughout the evening our hosts will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Jams' role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
