Set against the sunset at 1 Hotel West Hollywood, Nocturne brings together movement, mindfulness, wellness, and connection through a thoughtfully curated series of experiences. Guests will move through nervous system regulation and deep stretching, yoga and meditation, guided journaling, and sleep biohacking — all designed to help you release, recharge, and reconnect.

As the sun goes down, the evening shifts into a relaxed nightcap lounge, featuring a movie, curated brand activations, wellness experiences, and space to simply hang out and unwind.
