We're celebrating Bee's Knees Week! Drink our refreshing take on the classic Bee's Knees cocktail and help protect these powerful pollinators. "The Apiary" is made with Barr Hill Gin, chamomile honey syrup, lemon, and honey from our rooftop beehives. Share a photo of your cocktail on any social platform using the hashtag #BeesKneesWeek and our partner Barr Hill distillery will plant 10 more sq. feet of pollinator habitat.
