Join us at Tala Beach for an immersive breathwork experience designed to calm the mind, open the body, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm. Kira will guide guests through gentle breathing techniques, a euphoric breathwork sequence, and a full-body meditation, all supported by a curated headphone soundscape. This special event is presented in partnership with Sip House of Water, the leading water sommeliers in the country. This elemental journey blends grounding, presence, and deep relaxation — inviting you to soften, reset, and return to center by the ocean.
Following the breathwork practice, guests will be guided by Sip House of Water, through a water sommelier tasting, exploring the world’s finest waters and the beauty, purity, and intention behind each pour.
