We’re excited to welcome Gaz Oakley to 1 Hotel Central Park to celebrate his book Plant to Plate: Delicious and Versatile Plant-Forward Recipes. Gaz will be in here on Monday, June 2nd from 6pm – 7:30pm to meet you, have a chat and sign copies of his book. Gaz Oakley has been on a mission to coax every ounce of flavour from his ingredients. Inspired by nature, Gaz set up his own homestead in Wales to reconnect with food in its most basic form, growing his own delicious produce to bring the freshest flavours to his recipes. Now, in Plant to Plate, Gaz shares how to make the most of fresh ingredients and follow the rhythms of the natural world About the author: Gaz Oakley is passionate about homegrown and organic produce and became a chef at the age of 15. Inspired by a love of nature, Gaz swapped his London flat for his homestead in Wales and now grows his own food. Using the techniques he had learned working as a professional chef, he devises beautiful, innovative dishes for the home cook. Gaz has over 3.4 million followers on social media.
