SEACLIFF Atami Distillery Bar Shift

Spotted Stone presents a one-night-only Bar Shift with SEACLIFF Atami Distillery on May 14—where refined cocktail craftsmanship meets a shared commitment to sustainability. As part of the global 1% for the Planet network, SEACLIFF supports environmental initiatives with every pour.

The evening also celebrates the launch of SEACLIFF’s seasonal edition, “NEW SUMMER ORANGE,” a limited release with bright citrus notes and a crisp coastal character. Alongside the signature “STANDARD CRAFT GIN,” cocktails featuring this new expression will be available.

For this special night, SEACLIFF Atami Distillery CEO and Head Distiller Michio Kamatani will be behind the bar, presenting cocktails inspired by the new release. Joining him is Spotted Stone’s rising bartender, Shion Fujita, who visited the distillery to explore its character and collaborate on the cocktail creations. Together, they bring a unique perspective to each glass served.
