Hotel Policies
Pay Now rates are non-refundable, full pre-paid and non-transferable.
Pay Later rates require a cancellation notice 24 hours prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one nights' room charge.
Unless otherwise noted on confirmation, please let us know if you have to cancel 24 hours before arrival to avoid penalty. If you just don’t show up, we’ll have to charge 100% of the stay.
For penthouses, please let us know if you have to cancel 7 days before arrival to avoid penalty. If you just don’t show up, we’ll have to charge 100% of the stay.
Special Event dates require a cancellation notice of 14 days prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of 100% of the stay. These include, but are not limited to:
January 1 – January 2
March 20 – April 10
December 20 – December 31
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold JPY25,000/day on your credit card.
Must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly ahead of time to arrange for third party billing.
Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax. Late check-out fees apply after 12pm.
All reservations are subject to a 10% consumption tax, a 15% service charge, and a JPY200 accommodation tax per person, per night.
We welcome up to 1 dog per room, up to 10kg.

Assistance animals are welcome.
Water bowl, food bowl, and pet beds are available.
Pets must be fully trained and kept on leash when on hotel property or in hotel and must not be left unattended.
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly room types. Some room types do not accommodate pets.

Please note that a cleaning fee at JPY30,000 will be charged at the end of your stay. An additional fee may apply if your room is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning or repairs.

Only service animals are permitted in our restaurants. Pets are not allowed in food service areas.
Valet service is offered for standard size vehicles at JPY8,000/night. Self-parking is also available at JPY 4000/night, subject to availability.
