Pet Friendly
We’re happy to welcome your furry travel companion to Tokyo—because pets are family, too. One small dog (up to 10kg) per room can stay in our designated pet-friendly rooms. Traveling with another kind of pet? Just reach out to us before your stay. Travel’s always better with good company—and we’re here to make sure your pup enjoys the journey as much as you do.
Making Pets Feel At Home
Here are a few of the ways we help your pet settle in comfortably:
- The essentials are always available, including beds and bowls.
- Lots of hugs and petting from our team, as long as your pup wants them!
- Service animals are always welcome.
House Rules
For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets be fully trained, kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas, and never left unattended. Only service animals are permitted in restaurants and food service areas. A standard cleaning fee of JPY30,000 will be added to your stay, with additional fees if extra cleaning or repairs are needed. Pets are only allowed in certain room types—please check with us in advance.
