Guided by our Upstairs bartenders, watch as they use a luxurious syrup, made from Neighbours pastry waste, to sweeten a beautifully stirred, whisky-forward cocktail. Along the way, explore whisky making, responsible ingredients, and the future of eco-minded mixology. Upon completion, enjoy our Old Fashioned reimagined for the holiday season and linger a little longer in Upstairs lounge.
