Lunar New Year is a time for gathering, generosity and looking forward — and in the kitchen, it’s a chance to cook with meaning. We have a created a limited run of specials for Tuesday 17th February inspired by traditional Lunar New Year dishes and symbolism, filtered through our own lens of produce-driven cooking and bold, honest flavour.

Each dish nods to classic themes of the festival — longevity, abundance, strength and good fortune — while staying true to the way we like to cook: simple where it should be, generous where it counts, and always led by quality ingredients.
