Summer Fruit Enzyme Syrup Workshop
Enzyme syrup is a raw concentrate brimming with live enzymes, created by gently fermenting fruits and herbs with their own wild microbes. Under the guidance of art director & fermentation artisan Masayo Sugimoto, you’ll layer sun-ripened produce, learn daily “care” techniques, and bottle a bespoke syrup to enjoy at home.

Known for launching brands and designing products, Masayo began hosting enzyme-syrup workshops across Japan after the Great East Japan Earthquake (3.11). She is the author of Handcrafted Enzyme Syrup, More Handcrafted Enzyme Syrup (Bunka Publishing), and Everyday Enzyme Syrup (Blue Lotus Publishing).
