Executive Pastry Chef Fumitake Goji and Assistant Beverage Manager Shion Fujita invite you to a three-course pairing that showcases the season’s freshest flavors at NiNi Bar. Enjoy three inventive desserts matched with three cocktails or spirit-free mocktails - from a bright, aperitif-style opener to an herb-forward mid-course and a dessert cocktail that finishes on a luxurious note.

Weekdays: ¥6,500, Weekends: ¥7,500

Dessert: Melon & citrus sorbet finished with honey from Mitsubachi Farm
Cocktail: “Grown-Up Melon Soda” – melon, vanilla syrup, and soda with melon-gelée texture

Dessert: Melon and herbal-tea parfait
Cocktail: Chamomile-lemongrass cocktail echoing the parfait’s aromatics 

Pairing 3:
Dessert: NiNi Bar Soufflé
Cocktail: Dessert cocktail featuring rum infused with up-cycled coffee grounds from Neighbors Café
