Executive Pastry Chef Fumitake Goji and Assistant Beverage Manager Shion Fujita invite you to a three-course pairing that showcases the season’s freshest flavors at NiNi Bar. Enjoy three inventive desserts matched with three cocktails or spirit-free mocktails.

Weekdays: ￥6,500, Weekends: ￥7,500

Dessert: Peach Compote, Condensed Milk, White Peach Sorbet

Cocktail: Brazilian Lemonade, Peach Liqueur, Gin, Second-Life Lime & Peach Skin Granita

Pairing 2:

Dessert: Japanese Peach & Japanese Black Tea Parfait

Cocktail: Second-Life Champagne Reduction, Sansho Infused Gin, Soda, Grapefruit 

Pairing 3:

Dessert: NiNi Bar Soufflé

Cocktail: White Mocha, Brother's Bond 1 Hotel Edition Regenerative Grain Whiskey, Espresso liqueur, Espresso, White Chocolate
