Executive Pastry Chef Fumitake Goji and Assistant Beverage Manager Shion Fujita invite you to a three-course pairing that showcases the season’s freshest flavors at NiNi Bar. Enjoy three inventive desserts matched with three cocktails or spirit-free mocktails - from a bright, aperitif-style opener to an herb-forward mid-course and a dessert cocktail that finishes on a luxurious note.

Cocktail: Chamomile-lemongrass cocktail echoing the parfait’s aromatics
