Start the new year with intention at the 1 Hotel South Beach, where luxury, community, and mindful movement come together to set the tone for 2026.

​Reset, restore, and reconnect at 1 South Beach as ALO Wellness Club brings the essence of a 7-day luxury wellness retreat into one intentional, immersive day.

​Join ALO Wellness Club instructors Kira Mae Kazuko + Harper Botorwicz for a holistic two-hour experience inspired by the ALO Wellness Club 7-Day Reset Ritual. The morning begins with a grounding, mindful movement class designed to awaken the body, build strength, and create space through intentional flow. Expect fluid sequences, breath-led transitions, and restorative moments that invite balance, clarity, and presence.

​Following movement, guests will transition into a guided self-care and mindfulness workshop featuring breathwork, journaling, and hydration rituals — offering space to slow down, reflect, and set meaningful intentions for the new year.
