The Upstairs Pour with Dillon Dior

Following the success of our first vinyl listening event, we’re continuing the experience with an easygoing, hosted wine tasting with street sommelier and founder of Slurp WIne Club Dillon Dior from 7–9pm.

Guests are welcome to drop in and explore a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, with Dillon on hand to guide you through each pour — sharing stories, tasting notes, and tips along the way. Once you’ve found a favourite, you can purchase a glass (or a bottle) to settle in for the rest of the evening.

All the while, vinyl DJ Edd Fisher sets the tone, starting with smooth, soulful selections before gradually building into a more energetic, social soundscape as the night unfolds. The result is an atmosphere that invites conversation, discovery, and lingering a little longer than planned.

No tickets, no rigid structure — just great wine, great sound, and good company.
