Sommelier's Spotlight
Each week, our sommelier selects one bottle of wine to showcase - chosen for its sense of place, craftsmanship, and how beautifully it pairs with our menu. This rotating spotlight invites guests to discover a single bottle in depth, through the lens of the person who knows it best.
This week’s selection: NV (Base 22. Disg. Apr 2025) “Saint Anne” Chartogne Taillet. Merfy, Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France
50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. One of Champagne’s finest grower-producers. Limestone soils, the vineyards are still worked by horse, preserving a deep connection to the land and traditions. A pure expression of Champagne, with a crystalline texture and finely etched notes of citrus, white pepper, chalk and delicate florals. Goes well along our Feed Me Menu.
