Each week, our sommelier selects one bottle of wine to showcase - chosen for its sense of place, craftsmanship, and how beautifully it pairs with our menu. This rotating spotlight invites guests to discover a single bottle in depth, through the lens of the person who knows it best.

This week we turn our focus to the Crawford River Riesling 2024 from Henty. Bright and lively, it opens with aromas of lime and juicy pear, layered with delicate hints of white flowers. The palate is elegant and finely textured, with a mineral thread that carries through from start to finish, beautifully expressing Henty’s cool-climate character and Crawford River’s unmistakable savoir-faire.
