Sommelier's Spotlight
Each week, our sommelier selects one bottle of wine to showcase - chosen for its sense of place, craftsmanship, and how beautifully it pairs with our menu. This rotating spotlight invites guests to discover a single bottle in depth, through the lens of the person who knows it best.
This week’s selection: Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2020 “Vieilles Vignes” Domaine de Marcoux, France
A graceful blend, offering aromas of garrigue, plum and liquorice. Medium to full bodied with fine tannins and lifted freshness. A poised, elegant expression of the southern Rhone. Only bottled in great vintages, which in a way, says it all. Beautiful pairing with our Mackenzie’s farm Scotch Fillet.
