The Pre-GP Pit Stop arrives at 1 Hotel Melbourne, bringing high-energy race-weekend spirit to the waterfront in collaboration with Melbourne’s most iconic coffee roaster, ST. ALi.

Designed to kick-start Grand Prix weekend, this exclusive morning gathering blends coffee culture, conscious luxury and trackside excitement. Guests can enjoy complimentary ST. ALi coffees for the full 90 minutes, alongside signature specials available to purchase, all set to the sounds of a live DJ spinning inside. On the terrace, live entertainment (weather permitting) will add to the atmosphere, creating a vibrant pre-race buzz.

To elevate the experience even further, guests can take part in hosted coffee cuppings, offering a deeper dive into ST. ALi’s craft and flavour profiles. A dedicated communal table at Crane Bar invites guests to sit, sip and connect — making the morning as social as it is energising.
