Cancellation / No Show

24 hours prior to arrival by 6PM

No Show: If you simply don't show up, we’ll charge one night's stay plus tax to the credit card on file.

Retreat Collection: for Pay Later rates at the Retreat Collection, cancellations must be made by 6:00 p.m. seven days before arrival to avoid a 100% room rate fee plus tax.

Pay Now rates: Non-refundable, non-exchangeable or transferrable and fully pre-paid. 

Pay Later rates: Must cancel by 6pm 1day prior to arrival to avoid 1 night penalty.

General Reservation Information

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.

Reserve a room: Minimum 18 years old

To Check in: Minimum 18 years old

Valid government or state-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in.

Cash or Credit Card may be used for payment and must be presented at check-in.  If guests are booking on behalf of someone else they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Nightly hold for incidental charges, $100 per day for incidentals. Any amount not used is released at the time of check-out. Please note that it will usually take your bank up to 10 business days to return the funds to your Debit or Credit Card.

Purchase alcoholic beverages (including mini-bar): Minimum 18 years old 

Alcoholic beverages, including those in the minibar, are available only to guests 18 and older.

Credit Cards

Must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly ahead of time to arrange for third party billing.

Credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.5% in addition to the total amount payable.

Early Arrival / Late Departure

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax. 

Late check-out fees are as follows: 50% of room/suite rate for late check-out before 15:00, full nightly rate for late check-out after 15:00.

Taxes & Fees

Standard GST of 10% applies to all reservations.  $80 extra adult charge applies.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 dogs or cats per guest, up to 22kg per pet.

Other pets can be considered. Please reach out to the hotel for more details.

Assistance animals are welcome.

Water bowl, food bowl, and pet beds are available.

Pets must be fully trained kept on leash when on hotel property or in hotel and must not be left unattended.

Please note, if your room gets dirty as a result of your pet, a $400 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.

Due to our state law, only service animals are permitted in our restaurants. Pets are not allowed in food service areas.

Valet Parking 

We are delighted to offer this service to all of our guests, giving you peace of mind with regards to the safety of your vehicle whilst it is parked in the city. It is highly recommended that you pre-book this service. Day rate of $60 | Overnight rate of $80
