Michael Solomonov, multiple James Beard Award–winning chef and visionary behind Philadelphia’s acclaimed Zahav, is known for redefining modern Israeli dining through his soulful, ingredient-driven approach. Adeena Sussman, best-selling cookbook author of Sababa and Shabbat, captures the essence of home-style Israeli cooking with warmth, creativity, and heart. Joining them is Ayesha Nurdjaja, James Beard Award finalist and chef of New York’s celebrated Shuka and Shukette, praised for her inventive, Eastern Mediterranean–inspired dishes that burst with color and character.

Hosted at Aviv, Miami’s stunning coastal-inspired restaurant, this dinner will showcase a dynamic multi-course menu layered with vibrant spices, fresh seasonal ingredients, and a perfect balance of tradition and innovation.
