One Bedroom Suite

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when booking. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.

Check-in after 3PM.

Check-out ends at 12PM.

You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay in the hotel. For security purposes, please provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. 

Hotel amenities are for registered guests only.

Please note that stays over a week may have a different cancelation policy applied. Please refer to your hotel contact for further information.

Need a little extra sleeping space? We’ve got you covered! Extra beds are available for 500 DKK per night and can be added to select suite types only (not available in regular rooms), with a maximum of one bed per suite. Availability is limited, so please let us know in advance if you’d like to add one to your room.

We get it—accidents happen! However, if something gets damaged during your stay, a minimum fee of 5,000 kr. may apply to cover repairs or replacements. The final amount will depend on the extent of the damage. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our spaces beautiful for everyone!

A physical credit card must be presented upon check-in and must be in the guest's name. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly ahead of time to arrange for third party billing.

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, full payment for room and tax will be charged at check-in. A separate authorization will be held for incidentals throughout your stay.

To cover incidentals, a hold of 1000DKK per day will be placed on your credit card and we will authorize additional funds as needed based on your incurring incidental charges. 

Commercial cards issued within or outside of EU/EEA, and private cards issued outside the EU/EEA will be charged a fee. The fee varies depending on the type of card and the country of origin. All transactions on American Express cards will be subject to a surcharged.

In line with Danish regulations and our commitment to transparency, we kindly inform guests that cash payments exceeding DKK 15,000 are not permitted. This applies whether the amount is paid in full or across multiple, related transactions.Including consecutive reservations that form part of a continuous stay.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to offer alternative, seamless payment methods to support a smooth guest experience.

1 Hotel Copenhagen is a smoke free environment, this includes e-cigarettes. Please note that a minimum fee of 1500 DKK per room per day will be charged if smoke is detected. 

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. 

Guaranteed early 1PM check-in can be booked for 395 DKK (based on availability). For check-in before 1PM, an additional night needs to be reserved.

There is an early departure fee depending on booked cancellation policy of your reservation. Late check-out fees are as follows: 495 DKK for a 2 PM check-out, 495 DKK per extra started hour (based on availability). After 6PM the charge will be the day's best available rate.

Kindly note, VAT is included in all rates and reservations.

Your pet is welcome here! Just add them to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know they'll be joining you. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Pets can never be left unattended at any time. Please familiarise yourself with the house rules.
