Framed by glass and grounded in warmth, Northern Oak is one of our largest and most adaptable venue spaces. A floor-to-ceiling window offers a serene view of the terrace, while a transparent glass wall opens onto the energy of the restaurant.

Royal Oak offers 118 square meters of open, versatile space – thoughtfully designed to host everything from business retreats to milestone celebrations. 

When Royal Oak and Northern Oak unite, they become Oak – a grand, flowing space designed for larger gatherings that call for both elegance and ease.

Rooted in a spirit of sharing, PÆRE Dining Room brings a coastal Italian sensibility to Nordic ingredients. Warm, inviting, and intuitively designed, it’s a setting for gatherings shaped by seasonal flavours and thoughtful hospitality.

Ember is our Private Dining Room – your own secluded space within the heart of the hotel. Whether used in its entirety or divided into lounge and dining areas, Ember adapts beautifully to your needs – ideal for receptions, private dinners, or cozy cocktail hours.

Ember’s bar and lounge area brings together comfort and character. Designed with organic textures and an easygoing rhythm, it’s ideal for welcome drinks, post-dinner socials, or casual networking. 

Tucked within Ember, the private dining room offers a secluded space for intimate dinners, executive meals, or celebrations of life’s meaningful moments. With seating for up to 12, the room is designed to feel personal and polished, wrapped in calming tones and candlelit warmth.
